David Bira
Sr. Project Manager

David Bira As Senior Project Manager, Dave will provide oversight throughout the entire project, utilizing his extensive experience in the health care industry. Dave will provide supervision to the project manager in developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with Project Owner, Architect, Consultants, Subcontractors and Inspectors, maintaining the construction schedule and providing the oversight necessary to assure the project is completed safely, within budget and in compliance with the project specifications and local codes. Dave has managed hundreds of projects for SSMHC and continues to serve as our Project Manager for all SSM Health Care projects.
Dave is a member of the Missouri Hospital Association. Prior to joining Interface in 1998, Dave had worked in the construction industry for 8 years. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Southern Illinois University -Edwardsville.

Jim Quindry
Estimating

Jim Quindry Jim is . responsible for interaction with Owner and designer for traditional and design-build preconstruction services. Preconstruction responsibilities include establishing project budget and schedule, preparation of conceptual estimates and updates, developing and prioritizing value alternatives, review of design documents for constructability and to resolve drawing conflicts, analyzing and validating subcontractor scope and bids, and strategizing potential phasing and generate packages for bidding purposes. In addition to his preconstruction experience, Jim has over 30 years of hard bid estimating experience and has fulfilled the role of Project Manager on many projects.
Prior to joining interface in 1999, Jim had worked in the construction industry for 25 years. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale.

Jerry Mosher
Project Manager/Estimator

Jerry Mosher Jerry joined Interface in 2000. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the construction project. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with Project Owner, Architect, Consultants, Subcontractors, Material Suppliers and Inspectors. He will prepare, update and maintain the CPM construction schedule and provide the oversight necessary to assure the project is completed safely, within budget and in compliance with the project specifications and local codes.
Jerry is currently managing all projects for Interface's continuing services agreement with MODOT and the General Services Administration.
Jerry served in the United States Air Force from 1974 to 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Tom Reed, PE
Project Manager/Estimator

Jerry Mosher In his 36 years working in the construction industry, Tom has successfully completed over $500 million of construction contract work including major industrial, medical, commercial, hospitality, and tenant finish work. Approximately 65% of this work was design-build with repeat clients. His Preconstruction responsibilities include establishing project budget and schedule, preparation of conceptual estimates and updates, developing and prioritizing value alternatives, review of design documents for constructability and to resolve drawing conflicts, analyzing and validating subcontractor scope and bids, and strategizing potential phasing and generate packages for bidding purposes. In addition Tom has managed several projects for Ameren and the Missouri Botanical Garden.
Prior to joining Interface in 2011, Tom had worked in the construction industry for 35 years. Tom is ASHE certified and a Registered Professional Engineer (MO). Tom holds his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri – Rolla.

Vern Watts
Project Manager

Vern Watts Vern is responsible for managing all aspects of the construction project. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with Project Owner, Architect, Consultants, Subcontractors, Material Suppliers and Inspectors. He will prepare, update and maintain the CPM construction schedule and provide the oversight necessary to assure the project is completed safely, within budget and in compliance with the project specifications and local codes.
Vern has managed hundreds of projects on the Washington University School of Medicine campus and remains our lead project manager for all WUSM projects.
Prior to joining Interface in 2008, Vern had worked in the construction industry for 20 years. Vern holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

Jim Treiber
Project Manager

Jim Treiber Jim is responsible for managing all aspects of the construction project. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with Project Owner, Architect, Consultants, Subcontractors, Material Suppliers and Inspectors. He will prepare, update and maintain the CPM construction schedule and provide the oversight necessary to assure the project is completed safely, within budget and in compliance with the project specifications and local codes. Jim is currently our lead project manager for all BJC Healthcare projects.
Prior to joining Interface in 2007, Jim had worked in the construction industry for 32 years. Jim is ASHE certified and holds certificates in Construction Supervisory Technologies, Construction productivity Improvement, Construction Planning & Scheduling and Cost Awareness from San Diego State University.

Lowell Kircher
Asst. Project Manager

Lowell Kircher As Assistant Project Manager, Lowell is responsible for assisting project managers with complete job scope and documentation.
During preconstruction, Lowell will assist in establishing the project budget and schedule, preparation of conceptual estimates and updates, developing and prioritizing value alternatives, review of design documents for constructability and to resolve drawing conflicts, analyzing and validating subcontractor scope and bids, and strategizing potential phasing and generate packages for bidding purposes
During Construction, he provide administrative support for the project manager, assist in analyzing and monitoring the job costs, develop & track change order requests, RFI's & submittals, prepare meeting minutes, obtain necessary permits and manage the preparation and execution of the project closeout process.
Lowell joined Interface in 2006 and currently performs Assistant Project Manager duties for Interface's numerous projects on the SSM HealthCare St. Mary's Hospital campus.
Lowell has his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
Cassandra Brownfield, LEED AP
Asst. Project Manager

Cassandra Brownfield As Assistant Project Manager, Casey is responsible for assisting project managers with complete job scope and documentation. She will assist the project manager and superintendent in the development and updating of the CPM construction schedule, provide administrative support for the project manager, assist in analyzing and monitoring the job costs, develop & track change order requests, RFI's & submittals, prepare meeting minutes, obtain necessary permits and manage the preparation and execution of the project closeout process.

Casey joined Interface in 2009 and Casey currently performs Asst. Project Manager duties for Interface's numerous projects on the Washington University School of Medicine campus. Casey is a LEED Certified Professional and has her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology.

Anthony Bass
Asst. Estimator/Project Engineer

Anthony Bass As Project Engineer, Tony is responsible for assisting project managers with complete job scope and documentation.
During preconstruction, Tony is able to assist project managers and estimators with pricing, preparation of bids, and bid submission. He helps to determine necessary resources for project based on project plans, specifications and cost estimates, utilizing his knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the construction field.
During Construction, he provides administrative support for the project manager, assist in analyzing and monitoring the job costs, develop & track change order requests, RFI's & submittals, prepare meeting minutes, obtain necessary permits and manage the preparation and execution of the project closeout process. Tony currently performs Assistant Project Manager duties for all projects on the Washington University campus.
Tony joined Interface in 2007. He holds an Associates Degree in Computer programming from Vatterott College.

Anne Hoffmann
Project Engineer

Anne Hoffman Anne is responsible for assisting Project Managers with complete job scope and documentation. This includes; subcontractor interaction and subcontract distribution, submittals, requests for information, meeting minutes, permits, budget changes to subcontractors and owners, and close out documents for project at completion.
Anne's other responsibilities include permit procurement, preparation of marketing and proposal material and contract, maintaining company certifications and budget and change order control for all Interface projects.
Anne joined Interface in 2008. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Maryville University.

April Dunn
Project Administrator/Field Payroll

April Dunn April is responsible for assisting Project Managers and Interface's Accounting Departmentwith document control. Her duties include processing payroll for field employees, distributing Owner contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders, obtaining tax exempt certificates, and distributing pay applications.
April has been with Interface since 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters in Human Resource Development from Webster University.

Mary Seitz
Accounting Manager

Mary Seitz Mary is responsible for managing all of Interface's accounting. Her responsibilities include processing payroll for all office employees, managing employee benefits programs, prepare project billings, maintain company licenses, processing all tax documentation, and maintaining all accounts files.
Mary has been with Interface since 2004.

Superintendents
Interface Construction's highly trained and experienced staff of superintendents well equipped to ensure complete customer satisfaction and compliance with all contract documents. Each superintendent controls the day to day construction activities at the jobsite and manages the coordination of all work by Interface Construction's own forces and those of subcontractors. They are responsible for schedule adherence, cost/quality control, safety and all other on-site construction management functions. All of Interface's Superintendents have had OSHA 30 training along with other safety courses such as first aid & CPR, scaffold erection, aerial lift safety, rigging and fork truck safety.
Bob Lynch
Superintendent

Bob Lynch Prior to joining Interface in 2000, Bob had worked in the construction industry for 27 years. He is currently one of our lead superintendents for Ameren UE substation projects.

Jack Marty
Superintendent

Jack Marty Prior to joining Interface in 2003, Jack had been in the construction industry for 21 years. He is currently one of our lead superintendents for projects for SSM Health Care.

Gary Hart
Superintendent

Gary Hardt Prior to joining Interface in 2002, Gary had worked in the construction industry for 8 years. He is currently one of our lead superintendents for projects for SSM Health Care.

Eric Nea
Superintendent

Eric Nea Prior to joining Interface in 1999, Eric had worked in the construction industry for 8 years. He has his certificate in Carpentry from Ranken Technical College.

Mike Donovan
Superintendent

Mike Donovan Prior to joining Interface in 1998, Mike had been in the construction industry for 30 years. Mike has been a constant presence on the Washington University School of Medicine campus since 1999, completing hundreds of projects, ranging from less than $100 to over $10 million.

Dwight Randolph
Superintendent

Dwight Randolph Prior to joining Interface in 2006, Dwight had worked in the construction industry for 29 years. He is currently one of our lead superintendents for all Washington University School of Medicine projects.

Byron Thomas Prior to joining Interface in 2005, Byron had been in the construction industry for 8 years.

Scott Ludgate
Superintendent

Scott Ludgate Prior to joining Interface in 2002, Scott had worked in the construction industry for 3 years. He is currently one of our lead superintendents for all US General Services Administration.

Michael Bertani
Superintendent

Prior to joining Interface in 1998, Mike had worked in the construction industry for 14 years. He is currently our lead superintendent for all projects under our Building Services agreement with Ameren.

Scott Ludgate Prior to joining Interface in 2006, Dan had worked in the construction industry for 9 years.
