Barnes Jewish-St. Peter’s Hospital Medical Office Building 3,
St. Louis, MO
PROJECT TYPE: NEW CONSTRUCTION
BJC awarded Interface this project because of their design-build experience, as well as their cost-effective approach to whole site utilization.
Fast Track Core and Shell Construction
One of the key elements in the success of the BJ-St. Peter’s medical office project was the fast track construction of the weather-tight building shell, in order for the building’s interior fit-out to begin ahead of schedule.
Notable Installations by the Interface Construction Corporation Team
- A new out of the ground two-story medical office building including site work, utilities and parking lots
- Quick construction of weather-tight building shell allowing interior fit-out to begin ahead of schedule
- New underground utilities that integrated services such as communications, security, surveillance video, and networks to existing systems on other medical buildings on site
Interface self-performed the construction management, general conditions, supervision, miscellaneous demolitions, carpentry, and specialties while partnering with Chiodini Architects for the design/build project.
