Soft Skills for Success in Medical Research Facility Construction

The American Subcontractors Association (ASA) Midwest Council hosted its 32nd annual Awards Gala, An Evening Under the Stars, on April 5th at the Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown St. Louis.
ASA Midwest Council President Ryan Spell remarked, “It was truly an honor to recognize and celebrate the best of the best in the St. Louis construction community. The dedication, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence demonstrated by our members and general contractor partners continue to elevate our industry.”
Interface Construction Corporation was honored to be recognized among this year’s award recipients, earning the prestigious “General Contractor of the Year” award in Category C.
General contractors were evaluated on a comprehensive set of criteria, including bid ethics and practices, equitable contract and purchase order provisions, safety policies, payment practices, jobsite supervision, scheduling coordination, subcontractor and vendor relations, and administrative procedures.
Interface Construction Corporation expressed sincere appreciation for this recognition, particularly because it comes from industry peers with exceptional, hands-on expertise in the construction process.
