- New Dementia Unit including 100-bed suites and numerous facility amenities, including a therapy pool, therapy tubs, dining rooms, food preparation areas, living rooms and lounges, a chapel, a barber shop, four planted courtyards with a gazebo and sun shelter
- A “dry” fire protection system in the attic of a 50,000 square feet building
