EARLY COMPLETION DATE
Interface met the researcher's request for an early completion date by a full month ahead of schedule without any increase to overall project costs.

- 45,000 square feet of shell space completely transformed into new research laboratories
Interface self-performed the construction management, general conditions, supervision, demolition, carpentry and specialties. Both the 10th and 11th floor renovation projects were completed without any owner change orders.
